Which option is right for me?

Not sure which of these service options is the best fit for you? Check out a brief description of each service to decide which category of care is most appropriate to you.

  • Regular hands-on, passive massage treatment. Best suited for those looking for relaxation care or general well-being. You are not experiencing any pain or injuries or already have an existing movement routine that suits you.

  • Hands on massage therapy combined with up to 45 minutes of targeted therapeutic exercise concerning your chief complaint. We will go through stretches, exercises, or and/or mobility work to complement your massage. This is best for those experiencing injuries, daily discomfort, or are wanting to incorporate a beneficial home care routine to help aid recovery. Must complete Initial Assessment before booking this option

  • You are looking for one-on-one attention with your workouts. Goals can range from active injury rehab, program creation, form and technique training, strength gains, body composition change, sport-specific training, and much more.

  • You are confident in exercising and training individually but are looking for more guidance in your workouts and programming. This is a monthly service that offers you a completely individual training program that takes into consideration your goals, exercise history, nutrition, workout environment, and more.
